My name is Jolyn, I was referred to Dr. Baird by a good friend, when my oldest daughter needed braces. On my first visit to his office I felt immediately at ease. He clearly explained to me what needed to be done and how long it would take. I've been so pleased with the way he worked with my daughter and with the result we saw, that six months later I had braces put on myself. Then in January of this year my two other children had braces put on, with one more child to go. I love coming to his office, not only is Dr. Baird friendly, compassionate and understanding, his office staff is the same. We are always greeted with a smile and made to feel like family. I know it is not just certain people they do this with, as I have been waiting in the lobby (which is usually not a very long wait either) I witnessed this with everyone they come into contact with. I would highly recommend Dr. Baird to anyone in need of an orthodontist.
